HYDROVAC began operations in 1992. Founded by Ronnie
and Steve West, HYDROVAC's first order of business was to establish
a reputation for reliability, availability and performance in industrial
services. Over the next few years, as skills and capabilities grew,
so did sales. The objectives remained the same, and word of mouth
provided consistent growth. Customers began asking for further services,
including hazardous materials handling and video inspection for confined or non-entry spaces. In response
to this growing need, HYDROVAC began training its employees in OSHA
designated 40-Hour HAZWOPER. Recruitment of managers and technicians,
and acquisition of additional machinery and equipment followed,
creating the full service company HYDROVAC is today. As
a reward for those who contributed to and maintain our reputation
for value and ethics, the company created an Employee Stock Ownership
Plan so that our commitment is carried out in each job by employees
who are also company owners.
COMPANY OWNERSHIP
In 2002, HYDROVAC instituted an Employee Stock
Ownership Plan (ESOP). So, if you notice extra effort & performance
from Hydrovac's crews, it's because they want to please the customers
of THEIR company.
