HYDROVAC IMPLEMENTED A SERIES OF CLEAN IMAGE CHANGES
During 2005, HYDROVAC implemented a series of CLEAN image changes: A new logo, incorporating a helix, which reflects the path of water from one of our rotating nozzles.• A new slogan; "The Clean Company," which reflects our services and approach to conducting business; A new, fresh color scheme which reflects the cleanliness we commit to produce for our customers. These image changes have been incorporated into almost every aspect of our company's operational and marketing efforts, from trucks to handbooks to this website.
We are proud of our new image, but prouder of the hard work we put into what we do in our company. We can say our company because as participants in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, WE are the proud employee owners of Hydrovac.
During 2005, we have expanded and purchased new machinery and equipment in Columbus. We also enhanced the capability and appearance of previously owned equipment. (A picture of our new VaxJet is shown below.) In addition to the growth in Columbus, we have also announced a major expansion in our Tuscaloosa operations: building facilities, transferring staff and upgrading equipment. We have emphasized EH&S training and retained advisors to ensure that attention to safety and maintaining a clean environment remain primary corporate goals as well as the personal goals of each employee. We have announced career development programs to enhance the skills of our employees, supervisors and managers including providing University training programs in-house. We have also begun to partner with other firms not only to expand our capabilities in industrial services but also to enhance our technical and engineering skills. We believe these expansions, enhancements and alliances will result in more opportunities to say "Yes" when asked if we are ready and able to help customers stay “clean” and productive.
